Hello and welcome from Helen Maclennan & Ian Gray owners of the studioEH1 Ltd. our new Academy base in Edinburgh, Scotland.
studioEH1 offers REPS accredited training academies for professionals looking for a deeper understanding of Acceleration Training(tm) concept and tools to enhance their Power Plate® routines. We also offer 2-hour workshops for home users who are ready to take their exercise regime to the next level.

Our Academy is based on 31 Albany Street, Edinburgh and runs monthly courses for the various levels.
