The Power Plate® Training Center is an opportunity for both fitness professional and the everyday user to learn more about Power Plate® technology and its many applications.
Power Plate UK offers REPS accredited training academies for professionals looking for a deeper understanding of Acceleration Training™ concept and tools to enhance their Power Plate® routines. We also offer 2-hour workshops for home users who are ready to take their exercise regime to the next level.
Our Academy is based in Primrose Hill, London and runs weekly courses for the various levels.
